Delivery

We offer worldwide delivery!!

We always send your items by USPS within 48 hours after your payment is cleared and the delivery information (e.g. name, shipping address, ...) is confirmed. Please provide us your phone number which is necessary for customs.

Order Process

Step 1 (1 working day): Orders are consolidated and queued to be packed.

Estimated Delivery Time:

First Class: USA 3 to 5 days / International 7 to 21 days

Express: USA 1-2 days / International 4 -6 days

Priority: USA 2-3 days / International 6 - 10 days

Step 2 (1 working day): Orders are packed and moved to USPS

Step 3 (3-14 working days): Orders are delivered by USPS.

Delivery Time

Delivery time includes customs inspection.
Express Mail will be faster.

Excludes Sunday and public holidays
Over 90% parcels will arrive within the Estimated Delivery Time stated above.

The stated delivery time is for reference only. We don't guarantee the actual delivery time. Late arrival may be due to the following reasons:
Parcels are delayed by local customs inspections
Parcels are returned to the nearest post office. (there may be no notification) You should go to the nearest post office to check and pick up the parcels.
International Tracking Numbers do not provide tracking only confirmation of delivery.

What should you do if you cannot receive the parcels?

It may be delayed. Please be patient.
If you cannot receive the parcels after 21 days while the payment is cleared, please feel free to contact us for the tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please check your shipping information on Paypal before placing order. As advised by Paypal, we will refund the payment if your shipping information on Paypal is incorrect. (e.g. name, shipping address, ...). $4 will be charged for administration fee.
