Kashif G. | | bought this item. Shipping was fast. I followed the howcast instructions to replace the cracked glass. After putting everything together, part of the touch screen wasn't working. Did some investigation on the assembly instructions and discovered I missed a step. There is a little tab that needs to be flush with sim card casing. If it's not flush then your connectors will pop out ever so slightly to hinder some touch effects and some buttons. Opened it back up and set the tab straight. Worked like a champ. Good OEM glass, smooth and the phone is like new. This is the place to buy your screen replacements. |

Chris W. | | This kit is totally worth it! The screen on my 3GS shattered badly and Apple wanted $99 to a possible $199 to fix it. I ordered this kit and following the video directions, I had a brand new working iPhone in 10 minutes! Thank you again guys! - Chris W. |

Travis R. | | I have just finished using this kit to replace the broke glass on my 3GS. It works like new. One bit of advice for using a hair drier, keep your work in the heat of the drier while you work and don't be afraid to flex the frame slightly, this will help you get your tool/finger nail under the edge of the broken bits of glass. To all, the slip socket for the wire that is supposed to have pop up tab, mine didn't. My phone also didn't have tape covering a couple of frame screws. But all in all the video is very truthful about how easy it is. Follow along with the pause/play button while you work and all should fit into place. Thank you very much for making a product that works the way you say it does. Travis Rose, US Navy Sonar Technician (So I have a little experience with gear...) |
